# LandlordOS - AI-Powered Property Management for UK Landlords

> LandlordOS is a property management platform for self-managing landlords, built in the UK and usable for a property in any country. It is built around Ace, an AI agent (Claude Sonnet 5) that can manage the entire portfolio through chat: read properties/tenants/compliance/finances, add/update/delete records, generate legal documents, and import bank statements. Chat is the default dashboard. Free during Early Access.
