Section 21 Notice Periods
- Periodic: Minimum 2 months, ending on last day of a rental period
- Fixed term: At least 2 months, cannot expire before fixed term ends

Tenant Notice to Landlord
- Periodic: Minimum one rental period (e.g., 1 month for monthly)
- Must end on: The day before rent is due (last day of period)
- Fixed term: Only if break clause allows, or at natural end
