How do I get my transactions in?
Send one bank statement, CSV or PDF, by email or in the chat. Ace reads it and sorts every payment by property, and asks you about anything it cannot place. You can also snap photos of receipts, email them to your own LandlordOS address, or add anything by hand.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade encryption and secure UK data centres. Your data never leaves the UK and we follow strict data protection standards.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. If you can send a text message or take a photo, you can use LandlordOS. The AI understands plain English - just ask questions like you're talking to a mate who knows landlord law.
