Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrading is instant and you get immediate access to all features of your new plan. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the lower tier. Your data is never deleted. There are no penalties for switching.

Do I need the Pro + Accounts plan for MTD?
Yes. MTD quarterly submissions, statement upload with AI import, receipt scanning, and per-property P&L reports are all part of the Pro + Accounts plan at £15/month. Making Tax Digital becomes mandatory from April 2026 for landlords earning over £50,000, so if you're above that threshold you need MTD-compatible software.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime and continue using the service until the end of your billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plans.

What counts as a "property"?
Each rental unit counts as one property. A house is one property. A flat in a block is one property. If you have an HMO with 5 rooms, that's still one property.
